■Customer-Initiated Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as ordering the wrong size or the product not matching their expectations.

■Response for Incorrect Deliveries, Missing Parts, or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect item, missing parts, or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
After we verify the situation and confirm that the issue was caused by our error, we will respond with either a return and exchange or a refund.

Please note: The method of response (return or refund) will be determined and communicated by us after we receive your inquiry.
If a product is returned without prior notice and our instructions, we may not be able to process your request.
Please make sure to contact us in advance before returning any products.

■Return & Refund Request Period
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

■Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges Due to Our Error
Initially, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us.
If it is confirmed that the issue was due to an incorrect delivery, missing parts, or a defective product, we will reimburse the shipping cost up to the amount charged for the original shipment.

■Non-returnable Items and Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been opened

Products that have been used

Products with missing parts or accessories

If we are contacted more than 7 days after the product has been delivered

Products returned without prior contact

■Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via PayPal to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
